We are a local family of 40+ years who have have enjoyed being a part of our wonderful natural surroundings as well as the economic growth of the Mount Washington Valley.

Our family has grown up here; skied, hiked, participated, and have made more friends and associations than we ever could have hoped for.

The "Valley" has provided us with an extraordinary environment to live and enjoy life, and we continue to believe that this should be available to others.

Our business focus now is to find properties that may be unappreciated by the casual eye but with certain improvements; be "gems" to someone willing to look. The trend is toward expensive "trophy properties"; so less opulent opportunities may be overlooked.
